AYPT 2022 happened, after two online competitions, again at the Montanuniversität Leoben in Austria. The Dibali project featured prominently during the opening ceremony, where Martin Plesch gave a presentation about two intellectual outputs, and during the first dinner when Sergej Faletic gave a dinner talk about how to prepare students for YPT based on IO1 from the Dibali project. Twelve teams from six countries, including the project countries Austria (six teams), Slovakia, Hungary, and Slovenia competed. Teachers and university professors from an additional set of countries, including Bulgaria and more participants from the project countries complemented the multiplication event. After the third day, the final physics fight saw teams from Georgia, Hungary, and Innsbruck (Austria) compete for first place, with Georgia taking the win, followed by Innsbruck and Hungary. It was great YPTing again in person, and we look forward to AYPT 2023!
